+4: Discard a card with converted mana cost 7 or less, your opponents loose life and sacrifice permanents equal to the discarded card's mana cost.
-1: Exile any number of colorless non-land permanents with a total converted mana cost of 6 or less. if their isn't any, your opponents lose 5 life.
-14: Exile all colored permanents your opponents control, then they lose life equal to the amount of cards exiled this way.
