Nidus the Infested

Undying Mutation — Whenever a Nidus the Infested deals damage, put a mutation counter
on it. If Nidus would die while it still has a mutation counter on it, remove all damage
from it and remove a mutation counter.

Nidus gets +1/+1 for each mutation counter
on it.
