done to creatures. (leftover damage doesn't count.)
If Nidus, the Scourge gets 100 mutation counters, transform it.
Insatiable Hunger - Nidus, the Scourge gets a +1/+1 counter for every 4 mutation counters.
Undying - if Nidus, the Scourge dies while having atleast 12 mutation counters, 12 mutation counters gets removed and Nidus, the Scourge gains indestructible and hex
