Nigerundayo!

Nigerundayo! enters the battlefield with 2
lap counters on it.
At the beggining end step of each player, they
can run around the block X laps, where X is the
number of lap counters on Nigerundayo! Then
that player can take an extra turn after this one.
At the beggining of the upkeep of each player:
Nigerundayo! gains X lap counters, where X
is the number of lap counters on it.
