Night-blade Faction

Once each turn, you may activate a ninjutsu
ability of a permanent in your hand or your
command zone without paying its costs.
If you control your commander, whenever a permanent you control activates a ninjutsu
ability, you may draw a card.
The Night-blades control everything. Through crafty manipulations, and meticulous assassinations, the city
lives in fear of poisoned neon blades.
