At the beginning of your upkeep, add {c} for each untapped land your opponents control. Your oppnents gain 1 life for each {c} added this way.

When an opponent taps a land for mana during your turn, they loose 1 life.

At the beginning of your end step, you may pay {r}{x}, if you do discard X cards then draw X cards.

You don't loose unspent mana as steps and phases end.
