When Ningtcrawler enters the battlefield, all opponents discards a card.
When a permanent return to the battlefield from exile, Nightcrawler gets a +1/+1 counter and
become unblockable until the end of turn.
{1}{u}{b}: Exile any permanent, then return it to
the battlefield.
