Nightmare Frame

If Nightmare Frame starts in your Command
Zone you may cast it as a copy of any Commander
in any Command Zone. Its name is still Nightmare
Frame. Its cost is equal to that commander's cost except you can cast it for any mana plus {1}. While Nightmare Frame is on the battlefield the copied commander can't be cast if the copied commander
is on the battlefield, during your upkeep that
player losses 2 life and you gain two life
You can only cast Nightmare Frame once.
