reduced to 0 charges, roll a d20. On a 1, you take
3d10 fire damage and must succeed on a DC 14
Constitution saving throw. On a successful save,
the weapon regains 1d6 charges. On a failed save,
you become paralyzed for the next minute. At
the end of each of your turns, you take 3d10 fire
damage and can make another Constitution
