Nightmare Lost

Target player sacrifices an attacking creature he
or she controls. You gain life equal to that
creature's power.
Facing our own fears is much harder than tackling
a giant during a war. The fact is, you can actually
flee from a giant, but you can never overcome your
nightmares.
