Tap target creature and put a number of stun counters on that creature equal to it's power.

If that creature is a terror, put twice that
many stun counters on it instead. (Horrors, Nightmares, Scarecrows, Skeletons, Spirits, Vampires, Werewolves, and Zombies are
terrors.)
