The pommel houses a compartment with all
the tools an aspiring thief needs. While
attuned, you are considered proficient with
thieves tools, and may also use this dagger as
an arcane focus. If already proficient, you gain
expertise. You do not need thieves tools while
in possession of this dagger.
The dagger hums occasionally in your mind,
imparting emotions. Perhaps there is more to this
dagger than meets the eye.
