battlefield, put three time counters on target
creature you control. If it doesn't have vanishing,
it gains vanishing.
Whenever Nihen, Gods Of The Forgotten deals
combat damage to a player, for each permanent
you control with one or more time counters on it,
put a time counter on it or remove one from it.
