When Ninth Street Informant enters the battlefield, look at target opponent's hand,
then exile a nonland card from their hand with converted mana cost 4 or less. For as long as that
card remains exiled, you may cast it, and you may
spend mana as though it were mana of any
color to cast it.
When Ninth Street Informant leaves the battlefield, return the exiled card to its owner's
hand.
