Nirmu, Deaths Downfall

Constellation -- Whenever Nirmu or another
enchantment enters the battlefield under your
control, target player draws a card.
Whenever a player draws a card, reveal it. If it is
a sorcery or instant, that player looses X life,
where X is the converted manacost of that card.
If it is a creature, it enters the battlefield with
suspend 2. If it is any other type, that player
discards it.
