At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
sacrifice another nonland, nontoken
permanent. If you do, surveil X, where X
was the sacrificed creature's converted mana
cost, Nisak deals two damage to target
player, and you may return an instant or
sorcery card from your graveyard to your
hand with converted mana cost X or less.
