a food token or {g}{t} target food token you
control becomes a 2/2 green elemental with
Haste and Reach.
As long as you control a Planeswalker commander create a food token at the beginning of your
upkeep, then if you control 3 or more food tokens
you may sacrifice them and search your library
for a basic land and put it onto the battlefield
then add 1 loyalty counter.
