During your upkeep, choose a card type, then
reveal the top card of your library. If the card
you revealed was the chosen type, draw a card,
then you may repeat this process. If it was not,
flip three coins. If all three coins land heads,
Niv-Mizzet's Laboratory deals 3 damage to any
target. If all three coins land tails, sacrifice a
creature with power 3 or less. If the coins land
in any other combination, Niv-Mizzet's
Laboratory deals 2 damage to you.
