No Pain No Gain

Whenever you are dealt damage by a creature or spell, you may say "No Pain, No Gain." If you do, prevent 1 of that damage.
Whenever a creature you control is dealt damage by a spell, you may say, "No Pain, No Gain." If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature. Do this before the damage resolves.
