No Prisoners

While active, keep a Kill tally. Each time
enemy unit is destroyed, add to the tally =
to number of wounds of that unit. Achieved once there is the following score:
-Incursion: 15, Strike Force: 30
If your opponent is tabled but you don't
have enough tallies, score 2 VP.
