As an additional cost to cast No Time at All,
remove a charge counter from a Time Stone you control.
Regenerate target creature an opponent controls.
When it dies, you may search your library for an artifact card with converted mana cost X or less,
where X is 2 plus the creature's converted mana
cost. Put that card onto the battlefield, then
shuffle your library.
