Noble Book

At the beginning of your upkeep, each player
votes for thought or vision. If thought gets more votes, each player puts the cards in their hand on
the bottom of their library in any order, then
draws that many cards. If vision gets more votes
or the vote is tied, each player searches their
library for a land card, puts it onto the battlefield,
then shuffles their library.
