is tails, it deals 3 damage to target opponent and
they discard a card. Otherwise, tap Wei Jin and
remove it from combat. Create a colorless token
called Ball under an opponent's control with,
"{2}, {t}, sacrifice Ball: Goad target creature."
Wei Jin doesn't untap as long as an opponent
controls a permanent named Ball.
