When Noble's Arrogance enters the battlefield,
you become the monarch.
As long as you are the monarch and have more
than one opponent, you cannot be attacked by
more than one creature each combat phase.
At the beginning of your end step, if you're not
the monarch sacrifice Noble's Arrogance and
discard two cards.
