they are immobilised for one turn. (Imobilised
operators cannot move, even if directed to by a card.)
This card costs {1} less to play for each operator
immobilised this way. Up to four target caster
and/or sniper operators you control deal damage
equal to their basic attack to target operator an
opponent controls.
