Noggle Provocateur

When Noggle Provocateur enters the battlefield, two other target creatures gain
feud until end of turn, then fight each other. (When a creature with feud dies, its controller
may reveal cards from the top of their library
until they reveal a card that shares a creature
type with it and put it into their hand. If they
do, they shuffle their library.)
