Cards you own that aren't on the battlefield are white and blue and lose all other colors. Permanents you control lose black as a color and can't become black or red.
Whenever you cast a spell, search your library
for a white or blue card and put it into your
hand. You may cast cards with that name without paying their mana costs as long as your life total is 19.
