At the beginning of your upkeep remove a time
counter from Norin, Lost and Afraid. If he has
no time counters on him, cast him without
paying his mana cost. When Norin, Lost and
Afraid enters the battlefield, if you control no
artifacts, exile him and put 3 time counters on
him and create three 1/1 artifact Myr creature
tokens. Otherwise, exile him, then return him
to the battlefield transformed under his
owner's control.
