When Norovirus enters play, put three virus counters on it. At the end of enchanted player’s upkeep, if no virus counters remain, sacrifice Norovirus.

At the beginning of enchanted player’s upkeep, remove a virus counter from Norovirus, and enchanted player loses 3 life and taps all lands. If the kicker cost was paid, enchanted player also skips their main phases, cannot attack, and cannot gain life
