tapped for as long as it has a sneeze counter, none
of its affects can be used
{t}{x} target land gets {x} sneeze counters, tap land
and create {x} mana where {x} is the amount of
sneeze counters on that land
Any player may pay {1} to remove one sneeze
counter from any target at any point in the game
