When Not above the law enters the battlefield, exile another target nonland permanent until Not above the law leaves the battlefield.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if a legendary creature has dealt combat damage to you or a planeswalker you control since your last turn, you may return Not above the law from your graveyard to your hand.
