Not The Time

Counter target spell and exile it with a time
counter on it. I gains suspend. At the beginning of its owner's upkeep, remove a
time counter from the spell. When there are none left, the spell resolves. Its owner may choose new targets for the spell.
Narset knows any threat can wait.
