Nothing Again

Nothing Again costs {1} less for each non-land permanent in play.
For each color, if a permanent is in play of that
color, Nothing Again costs that color less.
Nothing Again can't be countered.
Exile all non-land permanents.
Each player sacrifices lands until they have the
same amount of lands as the player with the least.
Each player discards cards until they have the
same amount of cards in hand as the player with
the least cards in hand.
