When Nova, Witch of Destruction enters the battlefield, you may pay 3 life. If you do, sacrifice target artifact you control and put 2 +1/+1 counters on Nova.
At the beginning of each player's end step, Nova deals X damage to that player, where X is the number of artifacts he/she controls.
