When Noxious Fumes enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a card named,
Paracelsus, Plague Doctor, reveal it, shuffle your library and put that card on top.
When Noxious Fumes enters the battlefield put a blight counter on target creature. Whenever you
put a blight counter on a creature, put an additional blight counter on it.
