Noxious Pit Lord

When Noxious Pit Lord deals combat
damage to a player, that player gets an
emblem with "At the beginning of your
end step, if you control Noxious Pit
Lord, you get a poison counter".
Whenever Noxious Pit Lord deals combat damage to a player, that player gain control
of it.
