Land creatures you control have indestructible
and lifelink and cannot be sacrificed.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, you
may put two +1/+1 counters a target land you
control and untap it. If you do, then lands you
control with +1/+1 counters on them become
0/0 Elemental creatures with haste and until
end of turn. They are still a lands.
