Npcs Ablaze

Each opponent puts all Legendary or Non
Legendary creatures from their command zones,
hands, libraries, and battlefields into their
graveyards. They shuffle their libraries after.

Until the end of the game creatures you control
have Riot and Afflict 3, and whenever an opponent
attacks you they lose 3 life for each creature
attacking you.
