Nuckelavee

If nuckelavee deals combat damage to a player,
that player must sacrifice one plains if they can.
In celtic & norse mythology, the Nuckelavee is a
horse-like demon with a skinless humanoid creature
that is fused to it. The breath of this creature is so bad
that it can wither entire crops.
