Nuke It from Orbit

Nuke it From Orbit can target any nonland permanent, regardless of other effects that
would otherwise prevent targeting.
Exile target nonland permanent, then put an obliteration counter on it. As long as that card
has an obliteration counter on it, it can't leave
the exile zone.
It's the only way to be sure.
