Whenever you cast an artifact, if Null, Construct Sacrosanct is in the command zone and you
control 3 or less lands, it gains a divinity counter.
Artifact creatures cost one less to cast for each divinity counter on Null, Construct Sacrosanct.
When this creature is cast, sacrifice any number
of lands. Then, destroy X target non artifact
permanents your opponents control where X is
the number of lands sacrificed.
