numbers game

at the beginning of each player's upkeep,
that player secretly chooses and writes down
a number between 1 and 10. starting with the player on the left, each other player chooses
a number between 1 and 10. the player with
the closest guess to the noted number draws
a card. if the closest guess is equal to the chosen number, that player draws an additional card.
