Nyrissa, Temporal Flicker is not included in the effects of spells or abilities that affect "each" or "all" creatures or permanents.

When you cast a spell that wasn't plotted, you may exile a nonland card from your hand with less converted mana cost. If you do, it becomes plotted and you draw a card.

Whenever you cast a plotted spell for the first time on each of your turns, it gains demonstrate.
