Whenever a player casts a nonland spell, you may
pay {1}{w/b}{w/b}. If you do, exile that spell, before
resolving its effect. If it was black, or black was
one of the color that card contains, destroy
another target creature. If it was white or white
was one of the color that card contains, return
target creature from your graveyard onto the battlefield tapped.
{w/b}{t}: discard a card, than draw a card.
