At the beginning of your upkeep, if Oakley is
on the battlefield or in your graveyard, you may
have it deal 1 damage to target creature. If a
creature is dealt damage this way, put a yellow
card counter on it.
As long as Oakley is on the battlefield, creatures
with yellow card counters on them can't attack
or block.
