Oasis of Serenity
At the beginning of each player's end step, if a
player or sources they control didn't cause loss of
life, target an opponent, target a permanent an opponent controls,
destroy, return, sacrifice or
exile a permanent this turn, that player gets a serenity counter.
If a player did, remove a
serenity counter from that player instead.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if the player
whose turn it is has ten or more serenity
counters, that player wins the game.
