Oath of Crimson

When Oath of Crimson enters the battlefield,
exile all cards in all graveyards.
Whenever you cast a creature spell, you may
return a creature or planeswalker with equal
converted mana cost from your graveyard to the
battlefield with an additional -1/-1 counter on it
if it's a creature or one fewer loyalty counters if
it's a planeswalker.
