When Oath of EmolgAn enters the batlefield,
put five +1/+1 counters on up to one target
noncreature land you control. Untap it. It
becomes a 0/0 Drake creature with Flying that's
still a land.
Whenever one or more lands you control attack
or block, proliferate, then proliferate again.
