Oath of Kandra

When Oath of Kandra enters the battlefield,
exile target opponent's hand. They separate
those cards into two piles. Put all cards from the
pile of your choice into their owner's graveyard
and return the rest to their owner's hand.
Whenever a loyalty counter is put on a
planeswalker you control, you may have target
player put the top two cards of their library into
their graveyard.
