When Oath of Nemeia enters the battlefield,
put 1 loyalty counter onto each planeswalker
you control, then deal 1 damage to each creature.
When you cast a planeswalker spell or a
planeswalker you control leaves the battlefield,
draw a card and deal 1 damage to any target.
